Back to the Big Easy!

Oh my gosh, you guys! On Sunday I received the honor of being accepted into the Mondo Showcase at the Harrah's Casino at theNew Orleans Burlesque Festival. This is my very first national burlesque festival and I'm completely over the moon with excitement!

I'll be performing Friday night. I'm really looking forward to the "Queen of Burlesque" show on Saturday night. There's going to be some great performers there, including my Minnie sweetie, Ophelia Flame!

Here's some pictures from my last trip to the Crescent City. It'll be just a little less than a year since my last visit, which is just about par for the course.

Next Show...

Well...it's not really a show, it's just me, but that's newsworthy, right?

This Saturday, April 18 I'll be hanging out with Nomad Arts at 2616 Commerce Street in Dallas checking out some fantastic art, music and free food. Yes, free. This is all part of the fantastic Deep Ellum Arts Walk.

It's three floors of art, culture and adventure, and I'll be performing as well.

Hm, am I the art, culture or adventure? Guess that depends on your perspective. Meow.

It's kind of a bummer to be back at work after the holidays. Memorial Day sure is a long ways off...

That's why on the weekends you must get out and have the most fun you can possibly cram into the time allotted, and what the law permits.

I, along with La Divina, Black Mariah and GlamAmour will present all new burlesque material tonight at Panoptikon. No cover, no excuses.

Burlesque in Dallas this Week

Betcha didn't know Dallas has a burgeoning burlesque scene. You can satisfy your naughty need for scantily clad dames several times this week, and still not make it to every single show:

Friday and Saturday catch The Lollie Bombs with very special guest La Divina at the Pocket Sandwich Theater on Mockingbird Lane.

On Saturday, The Velvet Kittens also have their final performance of Un Noel Coquin, their 3rd annual Christmas show at Cafe Rembrandt.

And on Sunday venture out to the Church for their Christmas party. Entertainment features classic burlesque performances by La Divina, and yours truly!

And that's just this week!
