Who needs an art gallery when you can travel? The clever boys of Dallas Nomads are bringing tons of fun and art to Cafe Rembrandt. Dapper funny men who play small instruments, aka Holy Diver will provide the most outstanding soundtrack for your art appreciation. Hope to see you there!

Tired of the same old Holiday play? Ain't nothing wrong with Tiny Tim, but should you find yourself wanting to spice up your holiday season, you can join The Velvet Kittens of Le Cabaret Burlesque at Cafe Rembrandt's Dutch Pub for their holiday show this Saturday. Un Noel Coquin. Show starts at 10 p.m.

I've Got Your Weekend All Planned

On Friday you're going to the Design on Dragon Artist Walk, but more specifically to Artizen Fine Arts. My dear friend Lisa will be featured along with other local and national artists. You can wander through dozens of galleries and there will be food and a raffle with proceeds benefiting Scottish Rite Hospital "Big Thought" program.



And of course the first Saturday of the month means you can catch the The Velvet Kittens of Le Cabaret Burlesque at Cafe Rembrandt's Dutch Pub at 10 p.m. for their show. Of course you'll want to eat, drink and be merry so I suggest the meatballs in peanut sauce and make sure to try some french fries with curried ketchup. Accompany all of that with an ice-cold Blanches des Bruxelles draft and thank me later, Tiger.

It's a New Day

This week I quit the Velvet Kittens. I had an amazing year with those girls and made some memories that will last a lifetime.

I look forward to having more time to pursue other interests and spend time with friends and family.

For instance, this Friday, you can catch Holy Diver with me at Cafe Rembrandt in Dallas.

I hear Holy Diver has a new original tune. I can't wait to check it out!
