Room Service

At my house, I like to play a little game I call Room Service. Usually I suggest playing late at night when I'm lying in bed and can't sleep because I enjoy fantasizing about food (I do! I can't help it!).

The way you play is by naming whatever it is you would want to eat if it could be delivered to you regardless of reason and logic.

Usually I conjure up entire meals (BBQ chicken, macaroni and cheese, lemonade and chocolate cream pie or beignets, chicory coffee and bacon. Sometimes it's turkey and swiss on sourdough and Jameson on the rocks.). Last night it was simply pork dumplings, specifically from this place.

I've never been to The Dumpling Man in NYC, but it's on my list. The menu is so fun and web nerds will enjoy their cool web design and use of new media. I discovered them by watching Throwdown With Bobby Flay on the Food Network.
